To cancel your booking please log into your account, and under ‘My Bookings’ find the booking you’d like cancelled and refunded. While we prioritize the safety of your luggage, we strongly advise against storing essential travel documents, keys, or valuable electronics such as phones. Please note that only bags booked directly through Stasher are covered by our guarantee. Paying cash directly to the StashPoint violates our terms and conditions, and we will not be able to cover such bookings. Additionally, our T&Cs prohibit the storage of certain items, including cash and securities.
    Do I need to bring identification to store my luggage?
    Yes, you’ll need to bring your proof of booking (a digital copy on your phone is fine), along with a valid photo ID to show the host, and, of course, your bags! Please follow the same process when returning to collect your luggage.
    Can someone else pick up my luggage for me?
