A bit dodgy hotel. All went well, but Stasher room was located down steep stairs in basement in a dodgy unlocked room. Front door of hotel only opens by receptionist upon ringing doorbell. We were asked to take a picture of our stored luggage upon deposit. Upon pick-up, all was still there as we left it.

So easy and simple. Walking into the hotel, showed my confirmation, number given and put on my luggage and it was done!

Luggage storage in Zamora
Checking out of a Zamora rental hours before your train leaves can mean dragging bags across town. We'll help you find somewhere secure, whether that's the station's own facility or a Stasher spot nearby.
Beyond that single official option, the practical question is less about where to store a bag than about how to get around and onward once you've dropped it. The bus station, which houses the lockers, sits right in front of the train station, a 10-minute walk from the centre, and the fastest route to Madrid-Barajas starts from the same spot. Zamora is the capital of its province within Castile and León. The city sits on a rocky hill along the River Duero in north-west Spain, close to the Portuguese border. Most visitors come for the historical and cultural appeal, especially the Romanesque and modernist architecture. Zamora has more than twenty Romanesque churches from the 12th and 13th centuries. Among the best-known sights are Zamora Cathedral with its umbrella dome, Zamora Castle, and the many Romanesque churches. The Museo Diocesano is in the Romanesque church of Santo Tomé at Plaza de Santo Tomás. The Museo de Semana Santa is in the historic centre at Plaza de Santa María la Nueva, number 1. With Stasher, you can store bags from €1.49 per bag per day.
Every booking comes with the Stasher Guarantee, which protects your bags up to €12,000. Stasher storage in Zamora can be booked through the website or app.

Storage at the bus station and train station
The bus station on Avenida de Alfonso Peña has a luggage locker service inside the terminal, which is the only left-luggage facility in the city itself. It sits directly in front of the train station, so the lockers work for arrivals by either bus or rail. The bus station serves national routes to Madrid, Salamanca, León, Valladolid, Gijón, Oviedo, Sevilla and Cáceres, plus regional and international services into Portugal. From there, the heart of the city is a 10-minute walk.
Getting around and reaching Madrid with luggage
Local bus Line 3 runs from near the bus station to Plaza Mayor and the shopping area, useful if you've dropped a bag and want to reach the centre without walking. For Madrid-Barajas Airport, the fastest route is the AVE high-speed train to Madrid-Chamartín, then a Cercanías connection to the airport. That makes the lockers at the bus station a practical last stop before heading to Chamartín with lighter hands.
