Very convenient location, just a short walk from Victoria Coach Station. Drop-off and collection were straightforward, and everything went smoothly. My only concern was that the luggage was stored in an open reception area, and when I collected my bags, no one checked that I was taking the correct luggage. Although I had no problems, I think a more secure collection/checking process would provide greater peace of mind. Overall, a convenient and useful service.
