We had a great experience leaving my families 4 small suitcases & one rucksack at Hotel Ariana. The staff were friendly, efficient & the man at the desk even asked if he could help carry the cases up the flight of stairs- as the reception is not on the ground floor & there is no lift. I would definitely use the Stashpoint again.
Super easy leaving my bag here. It’s a great spot not far from the station, so meant I could enjoy the day without my case before my flight that evening.

Secure storage at a hotel in a good location. There was a bit of confusion about the pick-up time at drop-off despite showing the booking on the app. Seemed like it was more for that staff member's shift timings. On pick-up, I was asked for a number which I wasn't given, however the luggage was located with no issue.
