Everything worked out wonderfully. We were warmly welcomed and moved to a separate room. Afterwards, our bags were stowed in lockers. The pick-up was also very fast. Due to the luggage storage we had a relaxing day.

Loved it. Very professional staff and convenient to the Vieux port. They had a system in place and gave me a claim ticket for my bag. Both times there was a slight queue at the reception desk but as long as you are willing to wait patiently it is well.

We were able to enjoy our 1 day in Marseille without having to carry around our luggage all day. Would highly recommend if you're in Marseille.
