Getting into Tokyo with luggage

From Narita, the Keisei Skyliner is the fastest public transport link into downtown Tokyo, reaching Keisei-Ueno Station in about 41 minutes for a one-way fare of 2,580 yen. Bag rules and storage at Tokyo attractions

The Tokyo National Museum prohibits suitcases inside the compound altogether and requires visitors to put large luggage in lockers. The Mori Art Museum in Roppongi Hills similarly bars large items such as suitcases and bags from its facilities.

Ueno Park is a large public park known for its museums, Ueno Zoo and cherry blossom viewing, with JR Ueno Station's Park Exit just five minutes away on foot. Asakusa Station is served by Tobu Railway, Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway, so it collects visitors from several directions at once. Akihabara Station is just a 4-minute direct train ride from Tokyo Station.
