The Premier Inn wouldn't let us in unless we could show our booking. My phone was having a hard time connecting to the internet and it was cold outside, but they had no sympathy and wouldn't just let us in to the lobby to connect to the hotel internet and get the app open with the booking. Other than that, they were friendly, prompt and secure. I would use again.
