Ok lockers. Not very clear that you must twist the lock part to open. Better instructions with a motion graphic would have helped. Poor lighting made engraved action symbols on the lock difficult to see.

This drop off point which was a hotel, the people were SUUUUUPER friendly and helpful, over and beyond the service we had paid for. Also, it really was just a 5-minute walk from the Manchester train station, they let us use their bathroom facilities, which was a bonus, and was a good starting point to go explore the city. Definitely recommend!!!
