It would be nice if it were immediately visible from the app how far the Stasher point is from the current location and how to get there.

Needed to leave my luggage somewhere before getting to the airport, and I did not want to go back to the hotel. So after looking to find something (the places in the train station are not always guaranteed since there are only a few luggage storage for so many travelers), I came across #Stasher. Great way to solve my little problem that made a difference to the rest of my day. The in-store experience was also good; the lady checked my email payment confirmation, tagged the luggage and gave me my tag number (to get the luggage back). The only thing that I would say (and not related to safety, the luggage was perfectly fine); I was expecting them to have a specific place somewhere in the shop, like luggage storage boxes or something like that; instead, they just put them behind the counter. That is the only thing I was not expecting. But still, the 5 stars are worth it.

It's a good service. You basically leave your bags with a business and can get them back when they are open. Can be more convenient than lockers as the locations are more convenient. Easy to use, book and pay online and the people at the shop just need to see the email.

Can I get a refund?
We know plans change so any booking can be cancelled up until the drop off window begins. To cancel your booking please log into your account, and under ‘My Bookings’ find the booking you’d like cancelled and refunded. We cannot refund bookings after the drop off time has elapsed unless in special circumstances, e.g. a delayed flight, or if you made a booking in error and have placed a new booking. Every bag booked through Stasher is covered by a guarantee of up to €1,100 against theft or damage while stored at our StashPoints. While we prioritize the safety of your luggage, we strongly advise against storing essential travel documents, keys, or valuable electronics such as phones. Please note that only bags booked directly through Stasher are covered by our guarantee. Paying cash directly to the StashPoint violates our terms and conditions, and we will not be able to cover such bookings. Additionally, our T&Cs prohibit the storage of certain items, including cash and securities.
Do I need to bring identification to store my luggage?
Yes, you’ll need to bring your proof of booking (a digital copy on your phone is fine), along with a valid photo ID to show the host, and, of course, your bags! Please follow the same process when returning to collect your luggage.
