Nice staff. Location was easy to find (hotel reception). We asked if it would be a problem to pick up the luggage earlier or later then our time slot and they don't mind. They attach a paper label on your bag and give you a piece of paper with the label information on it. Show it to the staff to pick up your luggage, easy!
