Amazing location for us to store our bags whilst we adventured. It would have been 5 stars but we were spoken to very rudely. We were greeted at the entrance by a man who asked us to go to the back of the shop to meet someone who would help with our bags. We were waiting for a few minutes so two in our party took the opportunity to open their bags quickly to put away gloves, scarfs, extra layers etc as it was much warmer than we expected. At this point the new man arrived and we were rudely and repeatedly shouted at “you cannot open your bags in the shop”. I suggest if this is the policy here then they need some signage or a note on the booking confirmation. Other than that I would use again and recommend to others.
