I needed a place near the Firenze train station and Hotel Ester was perfect. It was only a five minute walk from the station and the staff at reception were very quick and attentive to my needs. When I retrieved my suitcase after 12 days in storage, it was ready in the reception area and I was able to pick it up quickly and return to the station easily in time for my train. Totally satisfied with this location for luggage storage!
