I think that this was a new service. The staff did not know what I was talking about. Luckily the manager came in and took the bags. However, they were not safely stored in a room. They were put in a corner of the restaurant. The manager asked us to pick the bags up earlier than I wanted, as he wanted to use the table the bags were pushed behind. However, we picked them up at the time we wanted and it was not an issue at all. The manager was friendly and I did not feel the bags were unsafe. The location is excellent near a major metro and train station with plenty of sites to see on the last day of our holiday before a late flight home.
