Generally, it is not recommended to store your luggage at Budapest Airport, unless you have a short layover. It is recommended to seek a luggage storage service in the centre of the city. However, there is a basic luggage storage facility at the premises.

Where can I find luggage storage in Budapest Airport

There is a left-luggage facility in the arrivals area of Terminal 2B. There are also some lockers on the ground floor between terminals 2A and 2B.

Additionally, there are some lockers on the ground floor of the SkyCourt, located between Terminals 2A and 2B

Luggage storage at Budapest Airport is quite expensive, with prices starting at €12 for 24 hours.

  • Budapest Airport is small and not very convenient. Luggage lockers are not available for prolonged periods, and you might have to search alternatives during high season.

3. Luggage storage and lockers in Budapest Keleti Station

There are left luggage lockers in Budapest Keleti Station. Payment can only be made with coins and Euro is not accepted. If you don’t have any florints (HUF) available, it is best to book through Stasher.

Luggage lockers are located close to the end of platform nine, near the buffer stops. Both large and small lockers are available, and there is an ATM and change machine not far away.

The bus station is the starting point for all international buses from western Hungary. You can find bus routes to all cities in Central Europe departing from the station.

Easy to book online at short notice, and a good price. The location was easy to find, very central and the service in the shop was lovely. Luggage was kept safe and it all felt completely secure so I’d definitely use Stasher again.
