Booked the stasher location right before i needed to drop my luggage. It was easy to book and i was happy with the location itself ( shakespeare hotel london). Tried to book via nannybag before trying stasher and they did not accept my payment method, which worked fine on stasher. Fyi my card is a VISA debit issued in Denmark

Life saver, so useful! Brighton station had nowhere to store my heavy bag, so I found a shop two minutes away and easily booked everything over the app!

Easy to locate the store very close to the theatre ,we arrived in London and had a show booked in for the afternoon before we booked into hotel later. All so easy will definitely use this service again

I would only use Stasher if I can store the luggage at the hotel I'm staying at. Because that was the case, the experience went smoothly. However, I think you should charge for each night, not for each 24 hours. I had to pay for 3 days, although I only left the luggage overnight for nights.

Easy and reliable. Simply drop off bag and get a tag to bring back as bag ID. Would use again

I love the concept, but I needed to cancel the service. 3 days prior, I sent an email requesting to cancel. I have not received a response as of yet, tomorrow will make 1 week since I requested the cancellation. I did get confirmation that you received my inquiry and would get back to me, but again, so far no follow up.

So easy to find a place to store your things and book online. Our stasher was a London hotel which had 24/7 access. The service was quick both taking and collecting our bags. Add to that the tags that are fitted to the bags for security gives peace of mind that bags are safe. Will definitely use this service again.
