It was very easy to book online with Stasher and very easy to find the most suitable location for us to use. When we dropped off the bags the man was very friendly and helpful asking us to attach tie wraps to our bags with unique codes on them, I took a picture to identify which were ours. However upon returning to pick up the bags there was a different person on reception. She was dealing with something over the phone so I was happy to wait for her to finish, however she asked what I wanted and then just gave me and my friends the key to the luggage room without asking for any identification for us or the bags. Obviously we only took our own bags however there was nothing stopping us from taking anything else out of the room. It was a very easy process using stasher but at this particular location I would question how secure it is.

Super convenient and easy to use. Arrived at Euston, dropped my bag at the Premier Inn on the walk to Kings Cross. Staff were friendly and the was no wait on either end. Highly recommend.

The host was not aware that I had arranged for the service. I showed her email confirmation and she accepted my luggage. There was no receipt offered and the luggage remained in the shop in view of other customers until I returned.

So easy. Hotel was easy to find; you could park your car in the loading area right in front of the hotel. Staff knew we were coming; whole thing took 5 minutes. We then went to Pisa with peace of mind. Definitely would use Stasher again.

We arrived in Brighton carrying some heavy luggage and had a few hours to get a glimpse of the place before moving on. We discovered there were no Left Luggage arrangement at the rail station, so we faced the prospect of having to bring everything with us, which would have ruined the day. Stasher came to the rescue!
