- Laura - 6 anni faBerlinI understand that it is supposed to be a safety measure to make your "stashes" hard to spot, but that little bit of safety is not worth the inconvenience and unpleasantness it brings to the customer experience. Also prepping your workers to know what to do would be the minimum effort for you. I did not get the things I paid for: There was no seal and no safe, locked room. The guy gave me a number on a piece of paper and put my bag in their office. And I really don't blame him. He was very helpful seeing as he didn't have much of an idea of what to do. His superiors (i.e. you) should've prepped him better. All in all it does not say good things about your service that I felt the need to take everything of value with me, because the dodginess and disorganisation made me worry about you robbin me.
