Everything was great. The reservation was uncomplicated. The hotel where we stored our luggage was expecting us when we arrived. All in all, a great experience.

The luggage stashing experience itself was great - the location was a little difficult to get to and would benefit from some instructions on the site or otherwise.

Very easy to book online, location was close to Manchester Victoria Station which was very ideal. The gentlemen in-store was very friendly and assured me luggage would be kept in safe storage place, which it was. Good value for money, will definitely be using the service again next time i travel :)

Efficient and no hassle

A perfect location for storing the luggage, just two footsteps from Victoria Coach Station. And cheaper than the luggage storage at the Station. I definitely recommend it.

The fee charged by Stasher was 25% more than paying in person, but the stasher site stated that it could only be booked online.

Process went smoothly.

I arrived the guy handled me a card and put a tag on my luggage. He was very efficient and I felt that the situation was under control.

Very easy to book. I booked once before trip and used central London hotel and decided to book again on our final day as cases weren't allowed in the museum. Great idea, very reasonable prices and easy to use.

The shop employee where I dropped my bag didn't appear to have any adequate training so it took a lot of time and confusion before he understood what I wanted to do (despite showing him the e-mail booking). Once he understood he wrote a receipt and then seemed to simply stash my bag behind the counter. It would be so much easier to have a left luggage counter with properly trained staff at major stations etc so one didn't have to go searching for little convenience stores tucked away amongst other shops.

Very easy to use, from online booking to drop off and collection. No problems, convenient location and reasonable value for money compared with railway station alternatives.
