The address is wrong, it's at the business next door and they get upset because it's not there. Once at the correct location, customer service isn't great: they don't explain anything to you or give you anything to pick up your luggage. The woman who served me in the afternoon was sullen and had a bad attitude; I didn't like the staff's service.
