Straightforward to use the App - I did not notice the extra fee for insurance, I would not usually add that as I have my own, but will know for next time.

Easy to set-up an account and start using, just took a few minutes. Loved that there was a photo of the shop that I reserved at so that it would be easier to identify.

Very easy drop off and pick up and friendly staff. Located a minute or two from central station right opposite and really cheap as well. Great for anyone with a late flight.
