Ease to book and helpful staff at Shakespeare Hotel when we dropped off and collected luggage. Just a few minutes walk from Paddington would definitely use again and recommend.

I arrived in London very early in the morning and dropped off my luggage. The hotel staff was helpful and professional. The place to store the luggage is secure and no one can access it without the staff. When I retrieved my suitcase, they checked my identity and my baggage number, which is very professional. I would not hesitate to use this service again. 10/10

This was fantastic and affordable service for us travelling around Europe for a month. We were able to travel lightly and not pay for extra baggage flying around Europe. I highly recommend this service. The online team are really helpful and we were able to store our bags away at Premier Inn Stansted. Price is reasonable also.
