Polite and efficient service...

Easy and clear service. They had a private room for my bag and they were the only one taking care of it after checking my booking.

The thought of carrying my huge backpack around London was not a pleasant one.. a quick google online and I discovered Stasher. A quick few details into the web page and it was booked. There was a Stasher location right next to Euston Train Station which is where I arrived into London and I was able to offload straight away so I could get things done in the city luggage free before travelling onwards to Heathrow. Definitely worth the £6, the place was easy to find and the guy was friendly and made sure to remind me of the closing time for recollection.

Great service and in a handy location

The location diversity is great, and the prices are reasonable. I will use it again in the future if I have the opportunity.

Easy, proper storage place and hassle free

Very easy to book, use, and the staff in Reading were very friendly!

They were friendly and the location was easy to find. They gave us a tag to place on our bags and a separated ticket corresponding to each tag number for our copy. They had a separate room in where they store the luggages and the staff checks whether the corresponding ticket number matches the tag number on the bags before handing our bags back to us. The hotel is not some kind of dodgy old hotel rather it was very pleasing hotel. Would definitely recommend anyone to use it.

The easiest and most convenient way to store bags while waiting to catch a flight, I stored it at a location close to where I was hanging ensuring I didn’t have to go all the way back to grab them. Will definitely use again!

Great value-for-money alternative to over-priced Left Luggage at Paddington Station. Shakespeare Hotel is as advertised, i.e. a couple of minutes walk away from the station with friendly and helpful staff. Whole experience was good. Easy to book, easy to find.
