Great..really easy to book, and great service when dropping off bags etc.

Very convenient. For Eurostar in London, we used the luggage storage at the Premium Inn 88 Euston Road, located 200 meters from the Eurostar access entrance on Midland Road. Faster than the station's luggage storage and cheaper!

On arrival the lady who took my bag to a secure place was both courteous and helpful.

Quick and easy and in an ideal location! It was only a 3 minute walk from the bag drop to the tram that took us straight to the airport. Staff was friendly— I’d use again.

Plenty of choices of locations to store your bags while in London - haven't tried it anywhere else, so not sure how many storage partners they have in other locations. Booking was very straightforward, and less than half the price of the excess baggage storage in train stations.

Absolutely amazing service! I went in, showed the email confirmation and the staff immediately knew what to do; they gave me a paper and off I went. The beauty was that I was able to come early and leave my bag 1hr previous to my booking and get it back early as well! Moreover, while my friends were struggling to check theirs in at other places, mine went smoothly. For such a price it is a joke, everyone should use it!
