Very easy to book. Turned up at hotel and were given receipts for both items that had corresponding labels on them for identification. Stored in a locked room. Easy collection.

Great service...fantastic idea. There are some inconsistencies between Stasher service locations/procedures in Seattle. All locations (in my opinion) should be offering a ticket receipt to use for bag pick up. All locations stored our luggage safely allowing us to see the sights.
