Easy and efficient

Used the service twice in Paris. We chose the Mercure hotel and everything was excellent, reliable, and without any issues.

Stasher made it very easy to find areas for us to store our luggage while we were sightseeing around London. The website was easy to use, and it was nice being able to filter through areas and times that were convenient to us. Booking online was easy and checking in and retrieving was easy. Great service!

Ease of booking, delivery, and luggage collection

Super service. Friendly and patient. Even upon our return, we were helped quickly. The only thing I find missing is that it is not prominently displayed somewhere within Kings Cross or Underground St. Pancras.

This is a great location near St Pancras train station. A <5min walk worth it saves off what they are charging in the station. Staff at Jotel were super friendly and efficient - so much so I would now consider staying there on a future trip.

This service is a life saver if you want to get right to sight seeing, and your hotel room isn’t ready, is out of the way, or if they won’t let you drop bags off early.

Friendly staff who looked after the bags well. Bags were stored in a secure room and felt safe leaving them there.
