Great - simple, no hassle, worked, and much cheaper than the alternatives.

Excellent service, so easy to book. Needed to leave cases whilst had a hospital appointment, Hotel was close to the hospital so made things easy for us.

Great service, simple and efficient

Stashing our luggage was very convenient. We were 9 adults and a toddler. Having a place to store our luggage for a few hours until our check-in time was a blessing.

I reserved while on the train from the airport into London, it was easy, quick and smooth. It was easy to find the shop and the owners were friendly and efficient. I stored my luggage safely for several hours. All in all a great, inexpensive service which I was grateful for!

I booked the wrong day and they refunded me immediately. The choice of locations is so varied and I left my stuff at a premier inn which was 24 hours so could collect it whenever. So easy and such good value too.
