Convenient location to store luggage. About a 12-15 minute walk from train station. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Location was on a quiet street out of the hustle and bustle. Very satisfied and would recommend this location and establishment for others traveling to Oxford.

Took literally 1 minute. No security concerns. I was a Premier hotel guest, though, and stashed my bags between stays, so it might make a difference that Premier hotels are preferred locations for Stasher.

From start to end the whole process was easy and professional. The room where we left our bags in the Premier Inn in Edinburgh was secure and the staff friendly and efficient. A perfect service.

This is the 2nd time using Stasher located in a Premiere Inn and it all went smoothly. Booked and paid online quickly. Upon arrival, bags were tagged and put in locked storage and pick up was just as easy. Your tag is checked with the tag on the bag and you're good to go. Will continue to use Stasher in the future.

I booked last minute (a few minutes before arriving at the hotel wanting to leave my two bags). I had no problems at all. The receptionist knew about my booking straight away and was very helpful and friendly. My bags were left in a secure room with other luggage from guests at the hotel. This was the most cost effective method of storing luggage that I could find in London.

Super lovely service and kept my suitcase safe.

Needed to leave my suitcase near the National Archives, as you cannot leave anything there which does not fit into their lockers. I was returning to Durham that evening, and did not wish to lose a lot of time returning to my digs, before going to King's Cross station. The Stasher store just next to Kew Gdn station is perfectly located. The person in the shop was polite, and I collected my suitcase that afternoon without problem. Just, please don't increase the price of storage! Thank you.

Both times - dropping my bag and later to collect, I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. Perfect things I could have done due to early morning arrival and immediate meetings being planned. Thanks to my apartment reservation I also got a discount with Stashers. I don’t remember the name of the person while dropping but the person assisting me while collecting was good at striking a conversation, his name was Sheikh.
