Convenient, easy to use. Agent at the location was very nice.

The hotel was in a good position, close to the station and easy to reach. There is an elevator to do the stairs so it's good even for big luggages. It was fast and easy both to deposit and to take back the luggage, even if it was during the night. They even let me use the toilette, that was decent/ not too dirty. For 6 euros I recommend, it's way more comfortable than having the luggage all day!

Quick & easy

5 minutes from Paddington Station. It's great to drop off your luggage before heading to the airport and explore. I left my bags for two days, and since they are open until midnight, I don't have to worry about coming back late and can take my time. I recommend it.

Easy to book on line and a fast and efficient service. The travel agent looking after our bags was brilliant; very friendly and we had a great conversation about our holiday. We felt very confident that our bags were safe. They even sheltered us from the rain while waiting for our taxi.
