I left my luggage at a hotel and the service was great. I left my bag for over 2 weeks and it was safe.

Location excellent. Straight out the tube station (Shaftesbury Avenue exit) and it's right in front of you. Really pleasant gentleman in shop. Bags were retrieved very quickly when we came back to collect. Excellent service. Would definitely use again.
