Needed the service as I had a 12 hour stopover in Sydney and wanted to explore the city without my luggage. The service was so quick to book online, I was able to choose a really convenient location and the whole process was very easy and reliable, not to mention a lot cheaper than leaving my luggage at the airport. Will definitely use this service again.

The gentleman who took our bags was very efficient and charming. The online booking process was easy and there was no queue to leave or collect our bags. The hotel was just around the corner from the Gare du Nord / Eurostar. Thank you!
