Nos las guardaron sin problemas, pero no tenían ni idea del servicio. Nos costó explicarles que veníamos a dejar las maletas y lo mismo después para recogerlas. Fue un poco extraño. Solo hablan francés.

I used Stasher when I visited London in last June with my family. We need to leave some of our luggage when we went to Scotland for 5 days. I found that their service was fast, easy and reliable.

The lady who was working at the hotel when I got there to leave the luggage wanted to charge me again for the service. It could be a mistake but also a conscious scam, this shouldn't happen at all.

So easy to use, prepaid before arrival. Bags tagged and stored away to allow us a luggage free day in London and the shop was only 2 minutes from Kings Cross

You have to look for the address, do not have in mind the picture, otherwise you won't find the place. Easy, I left my backpack and I picked it up when it was time. Good location.
