We were a family of 7 that arrived in Rome before our check in time. It allowed us to visit Rome on the first day without having the hassle of carrying our luggage. The service also allowed us to place our baggage close to our apartment which assisted us greatly. Also the staff where we left our luggage were helpful and friendly and allowed us to use the bathroom.

Really simple would recommend
I booked luggage storage from home at the College Green Tourist Office in Dublin. When we arrived, it turned out that we could actually get into our bnb early, so didn’t require the storage after all. I sent an email explaining this and to let Stasher know we wouldn’t be dropping off our bags. Not expecting this at all, Stasher fully refunded our payment! I was impressed, as I certainly didn’t expect that. They were very polite, saying they realize plans change, and processed the refund. Cheers, Stasher!

My family and I used Stasher for our trip to Paris. We went to visit the Louvre and before so we dropped our bags off at Cafe Le Corona. The location was wonderful, just a three minute walk from the museum and It was very simple. We just showed a waiter our email booking confirmation and they led us downstairs to a storage room to store our four bags. Later in the evening we simply gave a waiter the ticket they had given us after storing our bags and that was it!
