It is easy to activate the service and get back the luggage.

The staff at Palace Hotel knew the process very well. They seem to be familiar with travellers leaving their luggage with them. Our luggage was put at the back, away from customers. Before leaving, the staff also asked if we had taken our valuables out and locked our luggage. The reminder is great because it ensures that we're not putting our valuables at risk. P.s. when you arrive at palace hotel, go to the main bar area (at the back) and let the bartender know that you've booked a stasher.

This was so easy to book, safe & hassle free. Was in London for a few days with my daughter & needed to leave our case somewhere safe once we arrived in the morning. The left luggage at Kings Cross was expensive so decided to try another service and came across Stasher. The online booking service was easy, got a confirmation email straight away with booking ref, the premier inn we used was a 2-3 min walk from KX, you get the full address once you have booked online but I googled it beforehand to see where it was. You need to show your booking confirmation at the hotel, I showed them the confirmation email on my phone (they didn't ask for ID that time but did when we used the service again on our departure date). They issue you a numbered ticket putting it on your luggage and give you a stub with the same number, you need to hand this stub back in when you collect your luggage. Great service, would use again without hesitation.

Everything went perfectly, I am thrilled with the service. I didn't know that such a thing even existed. At first, we wanted to leave our luggage at the train station, but we couldn't find any luggage storage. Then we came across Stasher on the internet.

We had a day left in Cambridge before heading home on the train and our hotel was in the wrong direction outside the city. It was very easy to choose a location and book online. The guys in the store were very quick and efficient. Really easy and well priced service.
