We had no problems with the luggage check-in or pickup. Friendly service and reliable.

Stayed in apartment in London so nowhere to leave bags on last day - on the check out email they recommended stasher and I was so glad they did as we had been worrying about carrying our bags around all day . Loads of places to leave them - small hiccup due to me putting in wrong date but called stasher and they said rebook for that day and they will refund the mistake - no quibbles ! Very impressed all round and will recommend to friends .

Super-easy to book online, left my luggage for the evening, came back to pick it up 4 hours later, was all a very smooth process.
