Peace of mind with insurance and using luggage store room in hotel. Staff helpful and only took a minute. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

After showing the email, the suitcases were tagged with a number, the numbers (small plastic pieces) were handed to us, and the suitcases were locked in a room; when picking them up, we only had to show the plastic numbers. Everything went smoothly.

Very good service, calm and easy. I just missed a receipt for the luggage so I could be more at ease.
