Super efficient. I was in a hurry from London St Pancras to Emirates Stadium. It was a perfect way to leave my luggage. Really close to the metro station, 10 minutes walk from the stadium. Open 24h so also stress-free to take the luggage after the game. Would highly recommend.
Very pleasant, friendly and efficient staff. Would be useful to have a sign telling customers where to hand over their luggage as I was not sure whether I had got to the right place at the start. It became clear immediately on asking a staff member whether this is the right place. It may also be a good idea to inform customers that it may be best to unload from a taxi in front of the theatre and walk around as my driver had to go around the block finding a place to drop us off.

We had time to kill and needed somewhere to store our bags while we explored London. We used Stasher to book our bags into the Premier Inn Hub (3 mins walk from Kings Cross). Easy to use, value for money and bags were securely stored. Would definitely use Stasher again.

Location was really convenient, staff were very pleasant and friendly and there were bathroom and refreshments available on site.
It was so easy! We made the reservation the day before, arrived at Termini Station in Rome, walked a few blocks to the hotel, dropped our stuff, got a ticket, and were back on a train within an hour. Picking up was equally straightforward and easy, and the hotel even called us a taxi for our next stop! Leaving our excess luggage was perfect for our visit to the Amalfi Coast, where hauling it would have been a major pain.
