Performed just like it said. Very easy except the app was tricky to use as the time options for drop off and pickup were greyed out and not available. A quick call to the hotel reassured me. Shakespeare Hotel very close to Paddington and very good

I had no concerns. It was easy to arrange online and to be able to store our luggage at our hotel, The Hub. It was great to be free of 2 large and heavy suitcases for a couple of days while we went to Paris.

The hotel was well located to the station and the process worked seamlessly. They even let us use the lobby and bathroom to get ready for our flights.

Fantastic service!

My first go with this, but needed something costing less but just as reliable as the train stations. Naturally conservative (with a small “c”), I gave it a go whilst on a couple of city breaks. It was fine no, better than that, Polite, organised, a short walk from the stations. Perfect! 10/10... so rated 5/5. I will use in the future.
