What a simple and easy process. Thank you Premier Inn. The staff were friendly, polite and made the whole experience painless.

For our last day in London, we wanted to visit the Natural History Museum and stroll around the South Kensington area. To avoid dragging our four suitcases, I discovered the solution offered by Stasher: to drop off our luggage at Renzaki, a merchant (laundry) located just steps from the S. Kensington tube station. The registration, booking, and payment were done online the day before. Friendly welcome and after verifying my identity and the transaction number, seals were placed on the suitcases and the corresponding coupons were handed to us. For a deposit from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, it cost £24. A perfectly reasonable price for a perfect service.

And totally trustworthy. I left a heavy suitcase and a heavy unzippable bag which contained £5000 of equipment, (binoculars, bird watching telescope, very expensive camera with professional long distance zoom lens) Would recommend this luggage facility without hesitation.

Easy to book online whilst visiting another country. Whilst searching online for luggage store in Siena I noticed very mixed reviews about luggage store at the train station. I wanted something that was secure and reliable. The hotel that I found through Stasher was located close to the train station, had very good entrance security and friendly helpful staff. It was perfect.

I needed to arrange a collection and delivery that was a little different and they made sure it worked.

Works like it says on the tin! Easy to book and pay for online; the drop-off was well located for exploring downtown bag-free; meant I didn’t have to drag my bag around.
