Used by my daughter in an emergency when she couldn’t take her bag into a concert at the Metro Arena. 2 staff there refused to take cash and insisted that she pay online meaning a valid bank card is required - she’s 16. This meant a frantic phone call to me, who booked online and gave her the code. A lot of stress for what could be made so very simple.

It is a really useful and easy to use service, in a good price.

The people we were leaving our bags with wouldn't have had capacity to hold the bags longer than we did, they almost had a panic attack when we let them know we were leaving 5 bags for 4 hours.

This was an easy transaction and the store people were very pleasant to deal with. It was a wonderful to be able to see Oxford without dragging my large suitcase around the busy city.

It was easy to book online. Charges were reasonable. Distance from station was as described. Needed to store my case for a few hours until I could check into the hotel. Person accepting my case was very pleasant. Was unsure at first about using Stasher but glad I did. I would definitely recommend using.

Dead convenient for going to a gig. Dropped off a bag with House of Bottles, was reminded of the closing time, my bag was zip tied shut. Took 5 minutes and I didn't have to worry about carting a bag into the gig. Felt secure, the insurance added that extra layer of reassurance. Good site, good location, good service. Will use it again.

Cheaper than other sites and good service.

Neededed to store two rucksacks while in London for the day. The left luggage prices at Paddington Station were ridiculously expensive. Used the Shakespear Hotel two mins from the exit and it was less than half the price. Staff were very helpfull and luggage tagged and securely stored. Will definatly use again.

It was ok. We left our bags and they were there and unmolested on our return. However we were not expected, and the lad in charge, when I asked to leave the bags there started to calculate a fee. When I explained in rudimentary Italian that I'd already paid online, he rang someone who took a while to get that we were pre booked and had already paid. The bags were also left & stored in an area that appeared to be open to the public, albeit at the back of the shop, so wife wasn't too comfortablel eaving them there, but we did anyway. In summary, it all worked out fine, but it wasn't seamless.

The staff seemed very tired of tourists and not very helpful. They did not seem to care and was not ready to be disturbed in doing their real job.
