we were running late and ended up not using the service that we had booked; customer service was prompt to reply with understanding, (Olivia) and issued a refund. will definitely use them in the future based on this attentiveness to travelers’ needs.

Very quick luggage storage reservation. Professional welcome at Novotel Suites in Paris, no issues during the storage of my luggage.

It was absolutely brilliant to be able to leave my case at Matadar Newsagent's in Piccadilly, after getting off the train at the station! I was on my way back to Birmingham but wanted to spend the day with my daughter before I left. The gentleman who greeted me in the shop was really lovely & chatty. I was expecting to have to 'faff' around with my case but no, my case was taken off me, no fuss! The same went for when I was picking my case up! I will definitely use this service again and hope that even if it was a different location, the process would be as easy and friendly. Much cheaper than any other luggage storage! So thank you very much to all concerned!!

Brilliant, we wanted to stash our bags so we could enjoy a day at the V & A, easy to book, efficient courteous service, and a number of bars etc at the venue so we could also sit and wait for friends. Would use again and recommend.

It is an easy-to-use service through the website, and the baggage receipt operation is simple and quick. The only thing I could criticize is that at the place where I left the luggage, they do not show where it is stored.

Although I didn’t stash my luggage in the end due to illness the customer service was excellent and they refunded me straight away.
