Easy and efficient service

Easy, stress free storage for our luggage to give us freedom to make the most of our last day in London un-encumbered.

Customer support was great. Stashpoint was very safe,secure, and swift. Having used other services like this, I have to say Stasher is the best!

So easy to book if you have internet access and a printer, great that we could drop off our bags to a known location to us, staff were so helpful at the Premier Inn, great value for money, will be recommending to friends and family, and look forward to using Stasher again. thanks :-)

I feel the in-store experience could have been better. I felt awkward talking to them. We were told about them from a merchant up the road so we hadn’t booked online but walked in to the store. It felt like we were more of a nuisance like we should have known the procedure for booking. It did work out and we were able to store our luggage. I think having employees who are positive, friendly and helpful is important.

Great idea but online booking went wrong for me first time, hence 4 stars. Second booking went smoothly. Online help seemed vague, apathetic and didn't inspire confidence. Left luggage location was Great, very close to station, friendly helpful staff, not too hard to find. The price overall was fantastic and I would definitely use again. A very little way to go to make the whole process a little slicker.

Our hotel in London was a little bit far from the centre of the city so the last day we picked off our baggages with stasher. It was the first time we used it and we had never heard about it before but we found it very convenient and everything worked perfectly! The FedEx where we left our baggages was very near to the underground station so we save lot of time and spent it having a last walking though the city!
