- SYLVAIN - 6 years agoParisI booked for 2 pieces of luggage’s, but I travelled 24 hours after my booking with a third small luggage. Arriving at hotel LA GAITÉ, i mentioned this extra luggage, I was asked to pay 8 € directly at the receptionist. I had no receipt or ticket. I did mentionnés that the price online is 6 € per piece. I can send you picture of my 3 luggage’s in the hôtel lobby’ I can also send you picture of the 3 plastic seals they tied on my luggage’s. I don’t like this attitude. So I aka you to refund me 2 €. Best regards.

- Evelyn - 6 years agoLondonVery good service and extremely convenient location. However, initially I booked for the default date/time by mistake and then had to change it by phoning. Would be better if there was no default date or time already set on the application screen so you would be forced to enter it or prompted to do so.
