Easy and straightforward to use, not exorbitantly expensive. Also, flexibility on check in times. There was no record of our booking on the hotel system but the receptionist accepted our cases when she saw my email.

Arrived in London for a stay in Kent and was going straight out for an evening in town with friends. So easy to book a slot for my case at a nearby Premier Inn, for collection after the meal. Premier Inn staff quick and friendly and the storage was so much cheaper than railway station left luggage and without the queuing and the hassle.

Easy to book. Little walk from the station, but there is no major waiting line comparing to the stations’ storage facility and across the street storage provider. Service was quick and friendly! Of course, quick depends on people checking into the hotel. I checked my luggage in at 11 pm and retrieved it at 4 pm.

I would definitely recommend leaving your bags here, if you need some bag-free time. Super convenient to find, and they kept the bags in a secure place, so no worries on safety of my stuff.

I wanted to securely drop off my luggage at short notice, quickly get suggested addresses nearby, registered without any issues, paid easily, and then went to the station (hotel) which was already informed. Everything was good and simple.
