Great! Easy to use!

I was unable to find a location available when I tried to book a day before arrival, I sent a question on the chat and received a response some time later (It wasn't immediate response but I wasn't checking it until much later) to let me know about something that opened up. Leaving and retrieving bag was also simple, since it's a hotel.

The location is close to the King Cross Station, which makes it very convenient for travellers. The service given was quick, friendly and reliable.

Staff at the storage location was friendly & prepared, as both the drop off and pick up procedure were made very easy. Overall the storage service was very helpful that made the trip much easier and was quite reasonably priced.

Very simple and effective. No complications and freed me from dragging the bag around London. I was able to leave my bag close to where I was touring on the last day, saving me an hour of tubing around London to make it back to the airport in time.
