Stasher Luggage Storage Reviews

First rate service. Whilst waiting in the queue at London Euston left luggage, I found, booked and paid for the Stasher service. The drop off was literally 5 mins walk from Euston I will definitely use the service again

Unfortunately my trip to London was cancelled due to health issues. I contacted Stashers to cancel my storage booking and they were fantastic with this request. They gave me a full refund. If,in the future, I am ever in need of their service I will certainly avail myself of their help, and will definitely book again with them.

Location is convenient and nearby Victoria.. I had an unpleasant experience with the place. I was in hurry during pickup time as my bus was leaving. But meanwhile when i went to shop, there s was nobody to give me back my luggage.

After the luggage lockers at Wien Mitte were full, we needed somewhere close by to leave our luggage for a few hours. It was quick and easy to find a Stasher location close to the station, and complete the booking online. Prices were transparent and reasonable - only 5 euros a bag for the whole day! It is a bit more than storing them in the station, but much less than using the left luggage at most airports. Our bags were tagged individually and stored at the location. Initially we were a bit nervous about leaving our bags with a store, but it was so easy and convenient. We didn't get to see where the bags were stored, but had to trust that it was secured and guarded by the staff.

Everything went well and smoothly

Super schnelle Buchungsmöglichkeit. Haben zehn Minuten vor Ankunft in Hotel gebucht und man hat uns bereits erwartet. Toller Service!!!

This is such a great idea. We were able to leave our luggage safely close to the station , enjoy a day out, then collected our cases and travelled home by train.

Fast & easy to use. Friendly store owners.

First retailer was great and helpful. Pickup retailer was surly and extremely dismissive. Nothing dangerous but very unfriendly. I would have recommended mch higher if not for this. Makes me wonder about how careful he would be when we are not in the area.

Great service super close to the station

Was great except for the error in booking time that happened. Shopkeeper had a problem with it. So, I had to call the Stasher helpline to sort it out.

I’d definitely recommend Stasher to my friends! The staff were very friendly and helpful!!

It was not so obvious where the place was. I appreciate if it is stated that the place is in the gift shop but thank you.

Booked space at last minute whilst pulling into Birmingham New Street. Location very close by, a simple and painless process at both drop off and collection and good value for the length of time I could have left my bag.
