Fab service next to Tower of London very handy for day trip out

Very practical service!

Quick easy and efficient

Close to Paddington. Guy at the desk was pretty chill. Also this being a hotel, you can drop off or pick up anytime 24/7.

First time using it and the experience was excellent. I easily found a hotel and the service at the hotel was very good; my luggage was received immediately and I was given tickets to pick it up later. I also asked the receptionist to arrange a taxi for me to the airport and she kindly did so. I recommend it 100%!

Very easy to use

This was really straightforward. No queuing...reception were expecting us. So much better (and cheaper) than the train station competition. Well worth a try.

Very quick and easy to use

The clerk was very very friendly. They put my stuff behind the counter which I didn’t mind because I have locks on my luggage, and I took my passport out. We were able to enjoy our last day without carrying heavy luggage around. We picked it up with no problems whatsoever and everything was there. Only thing is, the photo they offer of the place isn’t correct. The color of the sign is different now. The clerk thought it was a different place when I showed him until he saw the business name was the same. The photo I attached is the correct photo of the exterior of the building.

Had a 12-hour layover in LA. Decided to walk between Venice Beach and Santa Monica. Taxi to location stored luggage which was in a locked room and returned to pick up. Flexible with times. Easy to book online.

Easy to use and really close to the station

Located next to the Pompidou Center, very friendly staff, I used the "luggage storage" service for only 6 euros. I enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere to have a snack after my visit.
