It was very convenient to book online. I usually stay at hotels where I can check the luggage in early but this time we stayed at an apartment so were unable too do that. We had to find a place convenient to where we arrived in Rome and were our apartment was located and it was easy to use this location. As far as the location... This was very convenient and our luggage was safe. So, for that purpose, 5 stars. However, the person who checked us in was very grumpy. This was the start to our stay in Rome so it left me a bit unsettled afterwards. But, for the purpose of storing luggage it was fine.

Booked online, arrived at the address and the shopkeeper had no idea why we were there. I explained we booked a short time before arrival and eventually he accepted our luggage. On the plus side, app was easy to use, good value and our luggage was safe.
