  Left bags in the reception area with a member of staff, the reception is up 2 flights of stairs and the door is buzz through only so very safe

  BUT  they do not give you any ticket or receipt of your stored luggage

  Had difficulty accessing the hotel as no receptionist available. A man was sitting in the waiting room who telephoned the receptionist. He then took photos of the booking and of the luggage. It was left at reception. It was easier on our return to access the hotel. Luggage was all safe. So overall happy with the experience

  Everything was perfect. The people were very friendly. It is highly recommended to leave your luggage in this place.

  Great spot to store luggage. The man took our luggage for us and was very nice.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. Eager to get you on your way quickly and very efficient when we went back to pick up our luggage.

  Very good service with friendly staff who delivered our bags for a fee. Easy to book online too

  The hotel staff were really helpfull and were quick to arrange a taxi for us when we picked up our luggage again. It's a good system and easy to use.

  The website was customer friendly, super easy to use and the map function gives you all the available locations . The booking and payment process was easy. We left our luggage, got the tags and picked up later. Really great service
