  We were assigned to Hearth Hotel for storage. Their reception agent was outstanding - very professional, very helpful. Would definitely use this service again.

  Well located in the area of Rome we were visiting. The staff member was friendly and our luggage was well looked after.

  Absolutely perfect for a trip to the Vatican museums and/or St Peter’s basilica. Literally 2 minutes from the museum queue. Incredibly friendly and helpful, also booked our taxi for the airport for us.

  This location had a dedicated bag drop that was secure, a 2 minute walk from the Vatican Museums and afterward they even called us a cab. Excellent!

  ideally located stashpoint practically facing the entrance and exit of the Vatican Museum. Hotel staff are TOP!!!

  We were in Rome and needed store our luggage for the day. The Hearth Hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. We were confident our luggage would be safe during the day.

  Great experience. Easy and quick to drop off and pick up luggage so we could visit the Vatican and get to the airport on the same day.

  The staff at the Hearth Hotel was so helpful and good to work with.  We had a large family group with 20 bags and they were easily able to accommodate us.  Our luggage and packs were secure and we felt comfortable leaving them for the day.  Pick up was easy as well.  I would definitely recommend if you need a place close to the entrance to the Vatican.

  It was easy to find a nearby Stasher location, the booking process was extremely simple and, when we arrived at the hotel where we were due to leave our bags, the woman at the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The bags were securely locked in a luggage room, clearly labelled, and the pick-up process was also very straightforward.
