I had a great experience with Stasher. The service was fast, easy and reliable. The staff was polite and helpful, and my luggage was safe the entire time. The booking process was clear and smooth from start to finish. They also offer amazing cappuccino and croissants, which made the experience even better. I’m super satisfied with the service, and I will definitely visit again.
Booked online, arrived at the address and the shopkeeper had no idea why we were there. I explained we booked a short time before arrival and eventually he accepted our luggage. On the plus side, app was easy to use, good value and our luggage was safe.

I was only in Rome for the day and needed somewhere to drop off my bag near Roma Termini. The location is very convenient and close to the station. Hossen who runs the location was super friendly and attentive. He told me that he's only been running the stasher location for one month, hence the low number of reviews. I can confirm the location is legitimate and perfectly safe - get it while it's cheaper than most other ;)
The place, although it didn't look good at first, had very friendly staff who followed the instructions to take a photo of the bags and kept them in a safe place. Very satisfied with the service.
The process from making the booking online to storage and then taking delivery of the luggage was smooth. The instructions on the booking confirmation were clear. Overall a good experience.
Great service that was friendly, helpful and patient. We will leave our luggage with them again when we leave in a few days, because of a checkout time much earlier than our flight.

Was a very good way to explore the city empty handed. Our Airbnb host suggested the service to us because we arrived 6 hours prior to check in. We were able to quickly find the place, applied and paid online and had a great day exploring Rome. Got back and got our luggage safe and sound. Price is fair.
