Very good location and the drop off and pickup was so easy. We were a bit worried when we picked up, no I'd asked and the person was different, but maybe they did know we were coming.

Easy to book online. The Santa Monica clothes repair guy was friendly and helpful. We felt our bags were secure because the shop was locked and you had to use the doorbell to get him to come and open the door for you.

This couldn’t have gone better. We booked online just 30 minutes before we got to Santa Monica. It was easy to drop off our bags and to pick them up 3 hours later after we’d explored the beach and the pier. The only thing that was a little confusing was the name of the shop (I don’t remember if there was even a sign out front, we just looked for the address number) so that could have been a little clearer. But overall we were really happy with the service.

very easy, and practical. Yes they dont actually put your bags or luggage in an actual locker (it was just in a store), however the store was locked so no one come in and out randomly or easily.

Super easy and straightforward! I was hesitant as I’d never used a service like this before. It was so simple and easy, the shop owner was very nice.

We used Stasher at Santa Monica Bike Center twice during our visit. Both times were good overall. The first time they let us use a changing area, which was nice. The second time, we received a lot of grief for wanting to keep our luggage there overnight. They finally allowed it, reluctantly. Stasher is a 24/7 service, so a specific shop should not be able to say they won’t keep bags overnight. I certainly did not see that restriction when I put in my drop off and pick up dates and times.

It was great!! I only wish we could have paid by the hour, we had to pay a a 24 hour rate and we were only there for 2 hours.
