It was the first place where they labeled the bags with a number. There was a specific place outside of public view to place them. They asked for the estimated time we would come back and when we arrived que bags were ready nest to the counter for us to take them.

Quick and easy in shop. Received bag back correctly. Only issue would be 9 o clock closing. Not ideal for a later night. But otherwise service was good also
The store was close to our hotel and the prices were cheaper than other places available. The process to leave and take back luggage was very easy.
Always been aware of Stasher and had the app on my phone for a number of years but never had the reason to use it until now. I was attending a sporting event and could not take my backpack in with me, so I used the Stasher app to find a location close to London Liverpool St station and it pointed me to the Wilde Apart Hotel. Friendly staff, very nice facility and a very fast in and out service for both drop off and collection. Would highly recommend using this platform.
Excellent location opposite Kings X. Steps down (steep flight) could be a problem but a nice young man staff took the case down for us but coming up it was a little difficult. But good value and great location so will use again.
