No problem at all, the only reason why I am not scoring 5 stars is that the stashpoint was a little remote from the town centre (approx 35 minutes walking uphill) and the concierge was a little unaware of the stasher.com service so it took a few awkward minutes to understand that I intended to drop my suitcase there and pick it up the next day :) other than that everything was excellent

It was so convenient with the new, extremely restrictive bag policy at Climate Pledge Arena. Rather than stand in line with nearly everyone trying to enter you can leave your bag one block away at the hotel. Staff was super friendly and quick to help.

Of the limited hotel staff at drop-off, only one person knew anything about luggage storage at that site, which was strange. When we picked up hours later...there was a substantial line: people checking in for a stay (and they had booked through a 3rd party site which made their check-in that much more complicated), luggage pick-up (Stasher), and general inquiries. The front desk was--in my opinion--woefully understaffed, and the person who was there, and was doing her best, was new. It just struck us as odd that the hotel staff would be so unprepared.
