The whole experience was excellent. Within a minute of going into the hotel a member of staff had taken the bag, and within a minute of going back to pick it up it was in my hand. Given I had very tight travelling schedules - taking the last metro of the evening to Newcastle airport for a flight - I needed reliability and Stasher and Premier Inn provided it!
