1 year ago First time using your service and found the site very easy to use and also liked the map feature so that I could see all the stasher points available in the area I was using. I very nearly used the service on an earlier trip to the same town but couldn't find much information or reviews for the stasher point I was looking at which put me off a little. However that was before I registered and realised what Stasher is all about doh! As a regular traveller that relies on public transport this service is a must for people like me. It's no fun dragging luggage, kids and dogs in the rain a mile down the road waiting an hour for your apartment to be ready trust me I've done it. In the past I thought I was pretty savvy and used storage facilities sometimes for as little as £5.95 for a full day, but they're not always available or easily accessible depending on where your travelling to so kudos to you. Having multiple stasher points available means I can plan my trips better and extend the time I spend enjoying activities with my family. What could make the service better ? Maybe a little more info on the stasher vendors, why they're trusted by you, what do they do in their community? Overall a fantastic service thank you.

We'll either liaise with the host for expedited opening, arrange nearby storage, or, if impossible, offer a refund for the inconvenience and potentially assist with necessary travel adjustments. For flights, prioritize not missing them as shipping bags is often cheaper than rebooking; always keep crucial travel documents with you. Note the Stashpoint's operating hours carefully; we may be limited in assistance for late arrivals, but will always strive to help.
Can I get a refund?
We know plans change so any booking can be cancelled up until the drop off window begins. To cancel your booking please log into your account, and under ‘My Bookings’ find the booking you’d like cancelled and refunded. We cannot refund bookings after the drop off time has elapsed unless in special circumstances, e.g. a delayed flight, or if you made a booking in error and have placed a new booking. In this case, please email [email protected] with documentation (e.g. screenshot of flight delay or new booking ID) and we will see what we can do.
Can I extend my booking / add more bags?
Certainly! We can’t do this for you as we do not store card details, so place another booking for the extra days/ bags and email us at [email protected] with your original and new booking IDs. We will then update the host of the extension / addition!

If you're unable to collect your luggage the next day, we can arrange shipping for you and provide the associated costs and options.

Every bag booked through Stasher is covered by a guarantee of up to £1,000 against theft or damage while stored at our StashPoints. While we prioritize the safety of your luggage, we strongly advise against storing essential travel documents, keys, or valuable electronics such as phones. Please note that only bags booked directly through Stasher are covered by our guarantee. Paying cash directly to the StashPoint violates our terms and conditions, and we will not be able to cover such bookings. Additionally, our T&Cs prohibit the storage of certain items, including cash and securities.
Do I need to bring identification to store my luggage?
Yes, you’ll need to bring your proof of booking (a digital copy on your phone is fine), along with a valid photo ID to show the host, and, of course, your bags! Please follow the same process when returning to collect your luggage.
Can someone else pick up my luggage for me?
If someone else needs to pick up or drop off your luggage, please email [email protected] in advance so we can update the host. The new person will also need to present the booking confirmation number and a valid ID.
