The person we spoke with at the establishment seemed unaware of our booking which made us a us little worried of leaving our bags; however, there were no issues at all. Everything was there at the time of pickup. It would be better if the establishment tried to verify who the bags belonged to when we picked up. If we wanted to, we could’ve walked off with an extra bag.
