Well located within 5 minutes walk from station. No issues with staff when Stasher code was presented and luggage was safely stored. Only a short wait for both leaving and collecting the luggage. Would happily use again.

Nice staff, close to station. The hotel could get quite busy so need to prepare extra time to drop/ collect luggage.

Super easy, only draw back was when I collected I managed to hit the rush hour for check in so it took a while to get the bag back, but other than that all good!

A great and secure location with friendly staff at reception. I needed something close to the train station and it could not have been closer… station just across the bridge. An added bo us is Premier Inn has a pub that serves food with an outside area overlooking the river and there are lovely walks in both directions along the riverbanks

Arriving by train or airport: your storage options

A Stasher stashpoint is the luggage-storage option for rail arrivals because Norwich station has no left-luggage or luggage-storage facilities. The station is Norwich’s main intercity rail arrival point, located on Station Approach and managed by Greater Anglia. Its location identifies the relevant rail hub, but there is no place to leave bags inside the station, making luggage storage in Norwich a separate requirement.

Airport arrivals have a public transport link into the city centre. The PR1 Airport Park & Ride bus runs from Norwich Airport, with a journey time of as little as 14 minutes. It stops at Norwich bus station and Castle Meadow, both in the city centre. PR1 therefore provides the airport-to-centre connection, while a Stasher stashpoint supplies the storage option absent from Norwich station.

Storing bags near Norwich Castle, Cathedral and museums

A Stasher stashpoint is needed before attending Norwich Theatre Royal or The Forum: neither venue offers an on-site place for bags. Norwich Theatre Royal has no cloakroom service and asks visitors to keep their belongings with them throughout the visit. The Forum has no lockers or left-luggage facilities.

Norwich Castle is in the city centre, approximately a 10-minute walk from Norwich Train Station. Norwich Cathedral sits in the Cathedral Close, reached by a 10-minute riverside stroll from the station. Both sights therefore have a stated station walk.

The Sainsbury Centre has its own cloakroom and lockers by the museum entrance for coats or bags. Its lockers require a £1 coin or a borrowed token, making its in-house facilities distinct from the Stasher option for Theatre Royal and The Forum.

Planning around Norwich festivals and late openings

Stasher has 13 Norwich points that stay open late, which suits evening festival events and arrivals later in the day. Norfolk Heritage Open Days runs across Norfolk from Friday 11 to Sunday 20 September 2026, making late-opening luggage storage in Norwich relevant during its programme. The Norwich Book Festival is a city-wide celebration from Saturday 24 to Friday 30 October 2026. Its week-long schedule also includes evening events, so those 13 late-opening points provide a timing option for festival visits that extend beyond the daytime.

Booking, bag sizes and the Stasher Guarantee

Stasher luggage storage in Norwich is booked online with a trusted local shop or hotel, or through a self-service smart locker. The local venue or locker keeps your bag safely out of sight until you collect it. There are no Stasher limits on bag size or weight, so a bag is not excluded based on either measurement. Every Stasher booking in Norwich is covered by the Stasher Guarantee up to £10,000 per booking. If a booking is cancelled before drop-off, it can receive either a 50% refund or a 100% coupon.
