I left my luggage at the Premier Inn near Norwich station. The staff were on hand (use the bell if no-one's on reception) to deposit the luggage and to retrieve it. They were helpful, friendly and it was all straightforward. Easy-peasy!

Drop off was good, but pick-up was more difficult. A customer was making a lengthy and complicated request to the hotel staff and after several minutes the staff member hadn't acknowledged other people waiting. When another person joined the queue, I tapped the bell and a short while later another team member arrived and assisted me quickly. The hotel staff should alert their colleagues when there is a queue, especially when many people have a train to catch! Perhaps you should contact them with this feedback?
