Hi, I am giving one star because the Minneapolis leg of our flight to London from (San Diego to Minneapolis to London) was delayed causing us to miss our connection from Minneapolis to London. We were then re-routed to Amsterdam and then had to catch the London flight from there. This completely disrupted our trip from London to Lincoln (we also lost our prepaid train tickets) and had to go directly to our B&B in York, completely missing Lincoln. We definitely want to visit Lincoln again soon so hope that Stasher can refund us this time so that we are inclined to use it again and recommend to others. We would definitely give it 5 stars and add an addendum to our review if refunded. Best, Diana

Storage on arrival at Lincoln's train and bus stations

Lincoln Central is Lincoln’s main intercity rail arrival point, in the city centre on St Mary’s Street. The Lincoln Central Bus Station is on the same street, directly across the road from the train station, with Lincoln Central Car Park beside it. That makes St Mary’s Street the shared arrival corridor for train and coach passengers. A single luggage-storage location there would serve both stations, so St Mary’s Street is the practical first place to look for somewhere to store your bags after arriving in Lincoln.

Bag-free visits to the Cathedral Quarter and Castle

Stasher luggage storage in Lincoln is relevant to the New Theatre Royal’s strict bag policy. The venue prohibits luggage, large backpacks, holdalls and laptops. Any permitted bag must fit under your seat, so larger items are not accepted inside.

Lincoln Castle and Lincoln Cathedral are both a 20-minute walk from Lincoln Central railway station. The Lincoln Walk and Ride links the city’s bus and train stations with the Cathedral Quarter, where Lincoln Castle is located. Routes 7, 8, 17 and 18 also run between Lincoln bus station and Lincoln Castle. These connections cover the main approaches to the Castle and Cathedral area, while luggage storage provides the practical option for bags that the theatre prohibits.

Late collection for Lincoln Live and the Book Festival

Stasher has five Lincoln points that stay open late, and one point is open 24/7. That gives late-collection cover for an evening around Lincoln Live, the two-day music festival in Lincoln city centre on 5th and 6th September 2026. The same timing is useful during the Lincoln Book Festival, the annual citywide event running from 1st to 4th October 2026, when a festival day can run into the evening. The 24/7 point covers collection outside the late-opening window, while the five late-opening points provide additional evening availability.

How to book and the Stasher Guarantee

Reserve a spot online for luggage storage in Lincoln at a trusted local shop, hotel or self-service smart locker. Your bag is kept safely out of sight until collection. The available host types cover both staffed locations and self-service storage, while every Stasher booking in Lincoln is covered by the Stasher Guarantee up to £10,000 per booking. That protection applies to the booking, not just to a particular type of host.
