the location in lancaster is in the town centre which means a good walk from railway station or bus station. also there’s no signage to identify it as left luggage. that would help. i think we were the only customers but if there were many then i’d want to see my bags numbered and be given a numbered ticket to retrieve them later. staff were friendly and helpful.
