the location in lancaster is in the town centre which means a good walk from railway station or bus station. also there’s no signage to identify it as left luggage. that would help. i think we were the only customers but if there were many then i’d want to see my bags numbered and be given a numbered ticket to retrieve them later. staff were friendly and helpful.

My husband and I were a little nervous to use this service for the first time in a city new to us, but the staff at the Borough allayed our concerns from the moment their smiles greeted us. They knew right away we were there for the Stasher reservation and made checking in and out a breeze. They were very welcoming and we will certainly be back- perhaps to stay at their inn as well!
