The location was safe and easy to access. The system was easy to use. However, they used very deceiving graphics for the service. We got a large locker thinking it would fit one large luggage, one small luggage and two backpacks since that was what was shown in the graphic. Instead, only the large luggage and one small backpack fit. We had to get a second locker for the rest of the luggage which meant we ended up paying almost double what was expected.

We went to a concert, so we had to leave the backpack for an entire day. The backpack was returned in the exactly as we left it.

Had two bookings on separate days, first day my luggage was stored securely, the 2nd day they had run out of room so it was stored in the bar area. Ideally Stasher would ensure there was enough space for secure bag storage, in my case it was a non issue but I could see why it might be for some people

I Stashed my suitcase at the Premiere Inn, Eastbourne. The reception staff were so helpful, and the storage facility was convenient and secure. It was very close to the main shopping centre and only a few minutes from the station.
