I have photos of both my driving licence and passport on my phone but this wasn’t acceptable this time (it has been on a previous occasion) and we needed to change to my sisters. Either make all stash points consistent or clarify needs to be physical copies of ID. Thank you!
11 months ago In an age where online scams are common place, I was sceptical of stasher but thought it's only £6 pounds a risk worth taking, the alternative of course being dragging my suitcase around so I paid them hoping for the best but prepared for the worst I got an email confirmation with the times and place of booking but I was actually Suporised to learn that they had partnered with premier Inn, one of the popular hotel chains in the UK. I called ahead of time to confirm that they were indeed a stasher bag storage facility and they confirmed that they were. I have used them over a dozen times and they have always been professional and courteous. 7:30 Am bag drop is a life saver and so is the 11pm bag pick up

We'll either liaise with the host for expedited opening, arrange nearby storage, or, if impossible, offer a refund for the inconvenience and potentially assist with necessary travel adjustments. For flights, prioritize not missing them as shipping bags is often cheaper than rebooking; always keep crucial travel documents with you. Note the Stashpoint's operating hours carefully; we may be limited in assistance for late arrivals, but will always strive to help.

To cancel your booking please log into your account, and under ‘My Bookings’ find the booking you’d like cancelled and refunded. We cannot refund bookings after the drop off time has elapsed unless in special circumstances, e.g. a delayed flight, or if you made a booking in error and have placed a new booking. Certainly! We can’t do this for you as we do not store card details, so place another booking for the extra days/ bags and email us at [email protected] with your original and new booking IDs. We will then update the host of the extension / addition!

When you return to collect your luggage, simply present your Booking ID along with either the counterpart tag or a photo of your luggage. What happens if I don’t pick up my luggage on time?
No worries! We understand that plans change. The drop-off and pick-up times are just estimates. As long as your booking is within the duration you’ve paid for and the StashPoint is open, you won’t encounter any issues. If you're unable to collect your luggage the next day, we can arrange shipping for you and provide the associated costs and options.

Every bag booked through Stasher is covered by a guarantee of up to £1,000 against theft or damage while stored at our StashPoints. While we prioritize the safety of your luggage, we strongly advise against storing essential travel documents, keys, or valuable electronics such as phones. Please note that only bags booked directly through Stasher are covered by our guarantee. Paying cash directly to the StashPoint violates our terms and conditions, and we will not be able to cover such bookings. Additionally, our T&Cs prohibit the storage of certain items, including cash and securities.
Do I need to bring identification to store my luggage?
Yes, you’ll need to bring your proof of booking (a digital copy on your phone is fine), along with a valid photo ID to show the host, and, of course, your bags! Please follow the same process when returning to collect your luggage.
Can someone else pick up my luggage for me?
If someone else needs to pick up or drop off your luggage, please email [email protected] in advance so we can update the host. The new person will also need to present the booking confirmation number and a valid ID.
Can I pay in store?
